Blaze Bayley, former vocalist for Wolfsbane and Iron Maiden, has had a long and distinguished musical career thus far. After embarking on a solo career that spawned four successful and critically acclaimed albums under the band name BLAZE, a new line-up of experienced musicians from England, Colombia and New Zealand joined ranks with Blaze.

In 2007 the band now known as BLAZE BAYLEY was born. This, his strongest line-up of musicians, features Nico Bermudez and Jay Walsh on guitars, David Bermudez on bass and Lawrence Paterson on drums.

The band’s debut album ‘The Man Who Would Not Die’ was released worldwide in July 2008. The accompanying ‘Tour That Will Not Die’ visited over 20 countries throughout Western and Eastern Europe, The Balkans, South America and Scandinavia during 2009. In 2010 the band released their second studio album ‘Promise and Terror’ and began their World Tour on 6th February which will continue until 18th December and cover the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, Russia and South America.

A full biographical book titled 'At The End Of The Day' spans Blaze's history from his roots, through Wolfsbane, through Iron Maiden, BLAZE and into the coming together of these 5 musicians from 3 continents for this band - BLAZE BAYLEY.

  1. very good intelligent song writing Review by felixrox

All around great album with very good intelligent song writing & very tasty guitar playing. 1633, God of Speed, City of Bones are all top tunes with some very nice melodic guitar work. The album ends off with the 4 song suite based on Blaze's struggles with his wife's death. Each song is loaded with emotion yet they still rock, albeit at a slightly slower pace than the rest of the album. Not having heard alot of his past work, this album has me smiling as the "replay" continues on a regular basis. (Posted on 7/27/13)
