Some titles have a dropdown list on the "product details" page so that you can choose to purchase the physical CD or download MP3s. If you click "Add to Cart" without selecting which option you would like, it takes you back to the catalog and shows an error that states the product cannot be found. If this happens, go back the product and select an option before clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
